With over four decades of experience as a dedicated educator, former Springfield Teacher’s Association president, community organizer, and staunch advocate for public schools, I am honored to present myself as a candidate for the HWRSD School Committee.

Throughout my 45 years as an educator and 20 years as the Springfield Teacher’s Association president, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges and triumphs within our educational system. My journey has been fueled by a deep-seated passion for public education and a relentless commitment to ensuring that every student receives a positive, productive, and healthy educational experience.

Now, I am eager to channel my expertise, experience, and unwavering dedication into serving the students, families, and educators of the HWRSD community. As a member of the School Committee, I will tirelessly advocate for policies and initiatives that prioritize the well-being and success of every student.

Together, let’s create a brighter future for our schools. Join me in ensuring that the educational experience of all students in the HWRSD is not only enriching but truly transformative.
